Guests have access to the entire property and back garden. 24 hour Self-check-in from 3pm day of arrival. The code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
Parking for one car on the driveway.
• Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
• Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited, and a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
• No pets allowed
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
• Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
• A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
• Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
• If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
We are Phil Gates & Donna McCormick Smith. We have been partners for twenty years and have spent the past eight years living in Manchester. We have two young boys aged five and three. For us, it’s about finding the right properties to manage to create a unique selection of great places to stay. By adding the finer details, we aim to make each and every stay unique, and that’s how we plan to stand out and maximise returns for our hosts. It’s a brilliant opportunity for us.
