Recently fully renovated to a high standard, this charming property is designed to provide you with the perfect seaside retreat. Please note this property is a first floor flat so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

There is free on street parking near by and paid car parks surrounding the propery.

Other things to note
This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

Thank you for your interest in our property, we would like to remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no party policy; Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to loss of deposit and eviction regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding.

Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest’s arrival.

Please could we ask that NO hanging decorations/banners are put up in the property

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      A lovely beachside stay!. The property was clean, looked just like the pictures. Had everything we needed for a few nights away. The property was attractive as well and quiet. It was just what we were looking for. Location was perfect - everything was under 20 mins walk away.. When we arrived the outside of the property is very run down which cast some doubt in our minds. Also the bottom corridor before you get into the apartment stank of smoke obviously the downstairs flat smokes inside but this was quite off putting. Luckily the smell didn't move to our flat. The pillows were so huge they were quite uncomfortable - perhaps 2 smaller ones would be better. As thought, parking was a slight issue but we managed all 3 days to park within 4 mins walk.       Good option for a long weekend in Whitstable. The location was great just a few mins from the main high street and five mins to the beach front.
