From the local train station you can take one direct train that will reach Central London in 25 minutes.
The space
Enter the property and on the ground floor you will find two living areas. There is a stylish front room in a warm shade of blue, complete with two sofas and a television. This is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. Adjacent is a dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils to ensure you can whip up the meal of you choice.
In addition, the property boasts a fabulous garden which is the perfect place of tranquility to relax and reflect upon the day.
As you make your way upstairs you will find a bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower. There are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with plenty of cupboard space to unpack and store your luggage.

Transport links: This property is a ten minute walk from Norbury station where you can take a 25 minute train directly into Central London. Alternatively take a train in 7 minutes and arrive at Balham which is an underground station and explore London easily on the tube. While situated in a peaceful quiet road, the property is a 5 minute walk from Norbury high street which is bustling with fantastic cafes and eateries.

Consumables
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.
Other Details To Note – Check in and out times
‘Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule’

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
