I have help managing my property, with Pass the Keys. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Bed linen
– High quality bed linen, including towels is supplied
– Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days
Toiletries and Consumables
– We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too.
– We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by
Pets
– We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs at this property. However, any damages or additional caused will be charged accordingly and is deemed payable by the guest
Child Friendly
– This is a child friendly property, however we have not provided a travel cot or high chair. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

Check-in / Checkout
– Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
