The space
I’m very excited to welcome guests to my spacious and well equipped upstairs flat just outside of Newcastle City Centre. I hope it forms the start of a memorable stay in the city. I have enjoyed sourcing comfortable and stylish furniture that will allow guests to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

My property sleeps up to 6 guests (2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom which contains 2 single beds). My property is close to the A1 which allows gives quick an easy access to Newcastle Airport and is also close to direct routes into the City centre.

Ground Floor:

The private entrance is located on the ground floor to the right of the main building. You will enter small indoor space with a staircase immediately ahead.

Upstairs living area

Once up the staircase you will find the master bedroom through a door on the right hand side. Continuing straight on gives you access to the living area with a large sofa suit and a table and chairs. A large TV can also be found in this room as well as the Wifi router on the floor.

The kitchen can be accessed through a doorway in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and an excess of plates and cutlery.

The living area will also give access to the remaining two bedrooms both with wardrobe space for be used. The bathroom contains a standing shower with a sink and toilet but unfortunately no bath.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. The property has a private entrance and is on the upper floor so you will have privacy from anyone walking by.

Other things to note
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is an Aldi nearby and other local shops.

PARKING

There is parking available in the car wash area at the rear of the property between the hours of 5.00pm and 9.00am. However cars will need to be removed during the day but there is plenty of free street parking.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      A good weekend at Lost Minds festival ruined by a shoddy company.. Spacious, well lit. Do not stay at properties that use “superhog” or “pass the keys” They let you stay in a property with no hot water and broken furniture and then when you leave they ask for payment of damages you did not cause. Make sure you take pictures with time stamps of broken furniture when you enter so you don’t get blamed like I did. The company they use ask for non-refundable deposits. The first being £500 per person in case of damages and the second being £10 overall but can be charged up to £500 for any damage caused. The flat has broken things in it, broken mirror, toilet seat and chair. I think this is a ploy to blame the customer if they choose the £10 deposit so they have to pay extra money. The cleaners they employ take videos after you leave and complain that they have to clean under beds and pull out furniture to clean under it which is basic standard cleaning work anyway if a group of people have stayed in a flat for 3 days. Also in the video it shows the mirror completely fine with a messy bed and then the second picture they send of the broken mirror, the bed is completely made up and clean in the reflection and has been moved entirely so it’s obvious the cleaner has done it. So they’re not the cleverest of people. You are also asked to take out rubbish and do any dishes which is absolutely fine which we did and we picked up most of the dried mud from the festival on the carpet. The cleaners took pictures of specs of mud and glitter and fake tan on the bed and sent it to me complaining about it. It literally takes and hoover and a wash in the washing machine to get rid of it all. No where did it say we had to hoover and do the washing ourselves. Which is what cleaners are employed to do. ...
