The space
This beautiful Newley refurbished property is full of colour and the perfect place to stay during your seaside break. With the popular Whitstable Harbour only a short walk away as well as the busy town full of amazing restaurants and family friendly pubs.

The two bedroom property is finished and equipped to the highest standard with the downstairs offering a modern open plan kitchen and living space with everything you need including a coffee machine. The large living and kitchen space located as soon as you enter the property is fully equipped with a dining table, a small bar, and a smart Tv to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Continuing upstairs into the property you are greeted by a good sized modern bathroom equipped with a large shower and a mirror with the option to light up.

Carrying on you will be greeted by two good size vibrant bedrooms one with a King size bed and the second with a double that can be separated into two singles when needed. The rooms also offer space to hang your clothes during your stay, while being made complete with a beautiful Piece of artwork on the wall.

The property is situated in a quiet road with free street parking outside the house and surrounding roads.

The entire home is only for the use of our guests.

Other things to note
This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

Pets are allowed at the property if they are well behaved.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      beautifully furnished and comfortable. the house was cold on arrival all the heating was turned off we had to keep our coats on for an hour and it took ages to work out how to turn the heaters on by kneeling on hands and knees. the heating instructions were rubbish as there wasn’t a remote control as it stated. ...       Fabulous cottage, beautifully decorated in a perfect spot close to whitstable!. The cottage was beautiful! It was spotlessly clean!!! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again! There was an instruction manual for all the electrical items which was so handy. There was a dish washer and washer drier and even a coffee machine!. The radiator in the front room was an eco radiator which was a little complicated to work. There was an instruction manual but this was for a remote and there was no remote! This was the only tiny thing I could say, and Google did eventually sort it. If we were to stay longer a small freezer or icebox in the fridge would be handy.       The negatives aspects did not detract from us having a good time.. The house is lovely with good decor and in the perfect position for getting around Whitstable on foot.. The next door neighbours slam their front door and are constantly in and out, as well as one of them having a van that he revved and slammed doors and set the alarm off at midnight on two nights. The WiFi had been turned off and was on the sofa in such a way that it was hard to find. I spent about an hour with the agents, etc before I got it up and running. There was no remote for the electric heater and no instructions on how to use it manually. It was particularly cold on two of the evening which wasn’t good for a relaxing evening in! The shower flooded into the bathroom as I was using it as there was masses of hair and other debris in the shower trap. Luckily I knew what to do and cleared it all up myself, but it is not something a guest should be expected to do. I would have called the host, but they use a service provider. I couldn’t understand the person on the other end! It is disgraceful that the host uses a fully refundable deposit, but you have to pay £10 for the privilege.       Home away from home. The house is tastefully decorated with lovely paintings of Whitstable. The location is excellent only minutes from harbour and 2 local pubs close by as well as a Coop. The beds were very comfortable and good to have bedside tables close to power point to charge phone. Great space for hanging clothes. Excellent shower and cool bathroom mirror. No parking but easy to park in nearby street. Our dog loved the jute carpet. 24 hour help line. I should have realised there was no outside space. What a pity as on a hot day it would have been lovely to sit out with a glass of wine and listen to the seagulls. There was only a quarter roll of toilet paper and soap dispensers were empty when we arrived so had to run to Coop to buy TP and soap. Company kindly said that will reimburse the cleaning fee. On our last day the Yale lock stuck so daughter had to climb through window to let us in. We had been planning to go out for dinner that evening but afraid of being locked out so got a take away instead. We discovered that brute force will open the lock in the end! We informed the company who manages the property and they said they would put WD40 on it. Hope next visitors don’t have similar problem.       We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would use it again.. Very convenient location with easy access to the sea front and the shops. The accommodation met our expectations and needs. We would consider using it again.. Lack of allocated parking, although the accommodation is close to and convenient to the public car park, the cost at £3.70/hour is high, we were fortunate with the parking and only used the public car park. ...
