Guests are welcomed into a spacious Victorian hallway adorned with a beautifully maintained tiled floor. To the right, a contemporary living room awaits, thoughtfully furnished to compliment the home’s character. This cosy space features a log burner, inviting sofas, and a Smart TV.

Continuing towards the back of the house, you’ll discover the dining area, highlighted by a large antique pine table surrounded by four chairs. The view of the back garden sets the stage for delightful dinner parties!

At the rear of the house lies a generously sized , modern kitchen. It comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, ensuring all of your culinary needs are met. The kitchen conveniently opens up to a private garden and patio, an idyllic spot for alfresco dining during the summer months. The garden exudes a tranquil ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious Super-king bedroom and modern family bathroom, equipped with an overhead shower and roll top bath.

Ascending to the top floor, there is a spacious study with a grand desk and another large bedroom with a King-sized bed. The bedroom looks out over the beautiful Cotswold hills

Both bedrooms have clothes storage and come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.

Guests have access to the whole property, including the private garden. There is a key box to the right of the front door.

No parties, no vaping or smoking in the properties . Please respect quiet times from 11pm to 7 am.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
