Other things to note
DURING YOUR STAY
Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am
Please note:
– that a fee of £80 will be charged for a call-out for keys forgotten inside. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys; please be careful with them
– the heating will always be turned down to 16 degrees, please turn up if needed and ensure that after your check-out you turn this down again.
– there is plenty of storage space available however good to note that this is the host’s home and therefore some of his belongings will be present in the property in locked cupboards.
– Please just pull gently on the curtains to open and close, as the remote no longer works.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo and soap
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

– Extra guests are not allowed
– Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10 pm.
– Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
– This is my home in London, please care for it as such
– Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property

+ Check each room to make sure you haven’t forgotten anything + Check that the fridge has been cleared of all food + Check that all windows are closed Please let us know if anything has been damaged during your stay. If something needs to be fixed or replaced, we’ll let you know if it will be taken from your security deposit.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
