The space
The apartment is on the first floor of a Georgian town house on a quiet street, at the top end of the city centre.

The stunning interior, with high ceilings and large windows, is light and spacious and has been beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with guests comfort being carefully considered. The elegant living area is open plan, with a sofa bed and dining space which leads onto a compact modern kitchen. The bedroom has a king size bed, and the bathroom has a bath/shower with high spec fixtures and fittings. The apartment also benefits from having a separate office space, perfect if you are able to work remotely or just looking to embrace your inner creativity.

You’ll find this a sophisticated space to relax in and enjoy time together.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      The flat would suit a single person to live in, ideal for a short stay and good value..
