The space
This beautiful property boasts lovely views over the Crigyll estuary, making it an excellent choice for a break on the Anglesey coast.
The property was self built and designed to optimize space, and make the most of the surrounding outlook.
As you walk into the ground floor hallway, you’ll be impressed with the amount of natural light leading up to the first floor staircase.
The property boasts an upside down style with the majority of the bedrooms being on the ground floor. This provides economic consistent heat to the main living areas and keeps the bedrooms at a lower but perfect temperature maintained by underfloor heating with separate thermostats in the individual rooms; a great feature for the colder months.
As well as a stylish main bathroom, 2 of the bedrooms on this floor have an en-suite, one being the super king, and the other the double. The master bedroom has a sliding patio door leading out onto the garden. There is a further 3rd bedroom, with 2 single beds.
The open plan kitchen, dining & living area are located on the first floor, as well as an additional tv/reading room. The tall ceiling and incredibly large external window are eye-catching features in this part of the house.
The open plan layout is great for spending time together. It’s possible to cook, chat, play, or relax together with friends or family in one large space.
The impressive glass doors lead to the external balcony which is a peaceful place to enjoy the views of the surrounding landscape.
There are further stairs leading up to the galleried space above the living area leading to the 4th bedroom , which also has a small en-suite toilet and sink area.
Outside there is a small enclosed garden to the rear, and it’s just a short walk to the sand dunes. At the front there is ample car parking on the private driveway.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and patio/garden.
There are enough spaces for 3 or 4 cars on the driveway.
