* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys – please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Arnaud Desseaux 16/07/2024Proche de Londres mais sans le bruit et l’agitation du centre.. Quartier pas trop proche du centre donc calme mais facilement atteignable en bus. Rue très sympa à deux pas avec de nombreux bars et restaurants.. Rien de particulier. La seule chose qu’il faut prendre en considération c’est que l’appartement n’a pas de volets pour pouvoir profiter de la luminosité. J’avais apporté un masque de nuit donc ça ne m’a pas gêné outre mesure. ... Read full reviewClose
