This recently renovated flat is in a great location in Kimbridge House, just minutes from lovely beaches of East Wittering and Bracklesham – walk along the beach to West Wittering! This is a great base to explore the area of Chichester, its beautiful harbour and the South Downs National Park.
The space
I am excited to welcome you to my apartment, just minutes from the lovely beaches of East Wittering and Bracklesham. Perfect for a beachside break, it also offers you a great base to explore the greater surroundings of Chichester Harbour and also the South Downs and Goodwood.
The apartment is on the first floor of the block, and you enter through the communal door from the car park.
Enter the apartment into the hallway and ahead you will be welcomed into the large living room/diner. With large bespoke bookcases encasing the room, you will find plenty of reading material and board games to keep you occupied during a quiet night in. The large comfortable sofa faces the smart TV, and offers you all the usual streaming channels (you will need to use your own log in to use these). There is a small desk and comfortable chair set up in the corner, should you need to find a spot to work from. The comfortable dining table is beside the kitchen and is a lovely cosy corner to share a meal in the evenings.
The well-equipped kitchen offers a large work surface, perfect for when you are wanting to cook a delicious meal at the end of the day. Large appliances include the oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer and a washer and dryer. Smaller appliances include a kettle, toaster and microwave.
The bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable king sized bed, and a large chest of drawers.
The bathroom is off the entrance hallway, and has a shower over bath.
Convenient allocated parking for one car is available in the private block’s car park. You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels ready for your stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, a small welcome pack to get you started is provided which includes complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-Op is just a short walk away.
Guest access
There is a shared entrance way from the car park, and guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is allocated parking for one car in the private car park. East Wittering and Bracklesham are both within walking distance
Other things to note
Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
