Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is located in a secure building with lift access. No shared spaces within the property, ensuring complete privacy during your stay​.
Other things to note
– Check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is before 11 am.
– A £100 charge applies for lost keys.
– A £30 fee will be requested for unauthorized early check-in or late check-out.
– Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise levels down after 10 pm.
– Indoor slippers are required inside the property to protect the floors and furniture.
– No smoking and No parties are allowed. A £250 fee will apply if house rules are broken​​.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
