• Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
• The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys – therefore please be careful with them.
• Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
• If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
