During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

We live locally in the city, and have a wealth of knowledge about the local area and its main attractions. Together, we have over thirty years of strong sales and marketing experience and have been successfully building our own portfolio of properties locally within the letting market.       Great family weekend to celebrate daughters graduation!. Very well appointed apartment, perfect location and spotlessly clean.. Couldn’t get access for nearly 2 hours which was an inconvenience. Also it was so warm - only couple of fans which didnt help much in property that size.
