Welcome to Ivory Suite a modern studio apartment in Croydon, perfectly positioned for easy access to Central London, Gatwick Airport, and Brighton. Whether you’re travelling for work, or on a short city break, this space is designed with comfort and convenience in mind.

Just minutes from Croydon Station, the studio offers everything you need for a relaxed and seamless stay, including a comfortable double bed, Smart TV, cosy seating area, fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom.

Set on Waddon Road, this wonderfully designed studio is ideal for solo travellers, professionals, or couples looking for a well-connected South London base.

Inside the ‘Ivory Suite’, guests will enjoy the high ceilings and stylish, self-contained space that blends practicality with comfort.

There is a UK King bed (150cm), with premium mattress and high headboard, dressed in hotel-quality linen, complete with a bedside table and lamp. Additional touches such as a fan, luggage rack, wall-mounted mirror, and floor lamp add to the overall comfort, alongside a cosy sofa area for relaxing.

A modern en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, WC, and basin.

A fully equipped, modern kitchenette with everything needed to prepare meals, including an electric induction hob, nutribullet, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, air fryer, panini maker, and a compact fridge with freezer compartment. Cookware, utensils, and a washing machine are also provided for added convenience.

There is a compact breakfast bar with two stools – perfect for dining along with a dedicated workspace/desk suitable for one guest – for remote working or studying.

There is a 50-inch smart TV with access to streaming services (guest personal log-ins are required to watch the TV and access the apps).

Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout the stay, facilitated by remote self-check-in for flexible arrivals from 4 pm. Our property management company, Pass the Keys®, offers 24/7 guest support for any assistance you may require before, during, or after your stay.

Cleaning and Linen
The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.

Good to know
There should be some complimentary tea bags and instant coffee. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a small convenience store just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

This is a strictly non smoking/non vaping property.

Parking/Driving
The house is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
There is limited payable parking on local adjoining roads. Guests should follow road signs for instructions and payment details.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Guests are requested to please respect this much-loved apartment and treat it with the same care as guests would their own home.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
