The space

It has been tastefully decorated and offers you large spacious living areas, 12 foot high ceilings with ceiling fans in the main living areas and bedrooms as well as a nest heating system , super fast Wi-Fi and a 65” smart tv.
This apartment has an unbeatable location as well as being located on the fringe of the city centre and only steps away to the royal Victoria hospital. It offers you the fast life of the Belfast city centre night life, yet you are far enough away that you can have a quiet good nights sleep .
As well as only being a short walk away from the city’s main hospital “ The Royal Victoria” your also only steps away from the park, shops bars and restaurants and tourist attractions like Clonard Monastery, and the peace wall.
With an unbelievably great transport link you can be in the city centre in 3 minutes for some daytime shopping therapy or to dance yourself dizzy in the many bars offering all day music and food.
TRANSPORTATION : You are literally a 3 minute taxi ride from the apartment into the city centre or you can take the bus or the glider ( only 2 stops to city centre on the glider ) which both stop on the main road at the bottom of your street, they both run every 10 minutes . Or if you prefer you can take a leisurely 15/20 minute walk into the city centre. Either way leave the car parked up and avail yourself of the great city centre transport links .
CONVENIENCE STORE : The convenience store is located right on the corner of the apartment building supplying every thing from milk to lottery tickets , which opens early and closes late . 7am to 10pm
GETTING HERE: you are a mere 3 to 5 minute taxi ride from great Victoria street train station(0.8 miles) which is the main city centre station to the apartment. We are also close to all main motorways , bus and train stations.

Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. Sherman Therese 21/07/2024Beautiful, comfortable, great location, clear communication from hosts on next and current steps.. The host to guest communication was better than expected. The automated text system worked well. The apartment was beautiful and so comfortable. The wrap around couch in the living room made us feel at home and the children enjoyed watching movies on the large screen TV. The host had a lot of travel books to page thru to learn about Belfast and the location of the apartment is in a very historic section of Belfast. All in all a 5 star experience.. I am still waiting on the return of my damage deposit and some communication on that so I would like to point that out that could be improved on. ... Read full reviewClose

Dianna Malta 21/07/2024Thoroughly relaxing, clean, quiet and convenient location.. The apartment was spotless with every small appliance, dishes and cutlery needed for a 4 night stay. The market around the corner was handy for bread, milk, eggs and butter. The bus stop is only a couple of blocks away and very handy to make our way to Belfast center, although we walked from City Center to the apartment one day when the weather was nice.. Strictly aesthetics, but for a unit that sleeps 4, the dining table and sectional sofa (very comfortable!) were a bit large for the space, leaving a it a bit cramped for maneuvering from the front door into the rest of the unit. The vinyl seal on the Master shower would not stay attached. Should be a simple repair. I texted the number that confirmed they knew we had checked in, but never got a response. ...
