Guests will have access to the entire Pontoon
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

It was lovely to sit outside on the decking and watch the tide ebbing and flowing. Easy walking distance to the railway station and into the old part of Leigh on Sea where we found plenty of lovely places to eat and drink. We had a pleasant 3 mile walk into Southend and caught the train back. Such a quirky place to stay. We loved it! I did not like: The sofa beds are quite small. Rufus Gordon 22/05/2025I liked: Location and views really are amazing. You probably won’t get any better in that area. I did not like: The booking process is really bad. They make you do an ID verification and damage waiver after you book but there’s no mention of that until after booking. The beds are small, ours was very squeaky. The bathroom and kitchen are very small which wouldn’t suit a larger group, the chairs were all wobbly and the bedroom door was hard to keep shut.
