Louise Sargeant 04/02/2025Booked a very last minute stay for two nights. Property was nicely decorated and easy to find. Beds were lovely and big. Lots of parking. Unfortunately there were a few issues - hot tub was not working, hadn’t been cleaned from last guest (bottle tops in it and cigarette lighter on patio). WiFi was practically non existent (they do warn you about this and they weren’t exaggerating! But I suppose that’s all part of the charm of being in the country). Not great for us as we were working and had to go elsewhere to make call and send emails. Communicated with the office about the hot tub but no one came to fix it so we were unable to use it. They also added on an extra hidden £40 damage waiver fee after I had booked. Apparently they do not do this if you book on Airbnb so I suggest not to book direct. Overall a disappointing stay, not the property itself but the management company. I travel a lot for work and would not book through them again. ... Read full reviewClose

Jane Dye 04/02/2026I liked: Lovely location close to Chipping Camden and walking distance to a fabulous pub. Very well appointed and spacious. Nice furniture and equipment, able to cook a full dinner with the kitchen stuff provided. Very clean. Plenty of parking. I did not like: The pillows in the double without the en-suite were lumpy. Summary: Perfect get away location. ... Read full reviewClose

Laura Shewring 11/07/2025I liked: Flexible bed spaces, lovely location and very modern and clean, great hot tub but couldn’t turn the temperature down I did not like: Being hassled a lot by the booking company, nettles and long grass in the garden, couldn’t leave or enter the driveway very easily on foot, no tv choices and no real Wi-Fi signal Summary: Very modern and spacious accommodation in a lovely village location ... Ken Cain 23/04/2025I liked: Great location, rural with lovely views. Comfortable lounge, well appointed luxury kitchen very well equipped, great outside eating area and hot tub was a great addition. The whole house including the bathrooms were very clean (except the extractor fans in the bathrooms - very heavy dust). Large comfortable beds with great bedding and pillows. A great place for a family or a group of friends to make great memories. Very close the the Ebrington Arms for an evening meal experience. I did not like: Wi-fi really poor, usual speed less than 1 mbps, very difficult to stream in the evening. I wouldn’t advertise that wi-fi / internet is available at these speeds because it’s unusable. Summary: Great location, clean comfortable house, well equipped for a great stay in the Cotswold.shame about the lack of internet ... Read full reviewClose

Ann Littler 17/03/2024A great find! We had a wonderful short break & would love to stay again some time.. Level of comfort - hot tub, super king beds, sofas. Cleanliness of house with feeling of quality & well maintained. Great access to local pub as well as to Chipping Campden.. Appreciate the difficulty of getting good Wi-Fi in rural areas but this was a problem. Useful to have some literature on local area - pubs/restaurants, things to do, walks ...
