Welcome to Toad Hall, a charming three-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Ludlow, a historic market town known for its fantastic food scene, independent shops, and beautiful countryside. This spacious home comfortably sleeps six and is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxing getaway.
As you step inside, you’ll enter the dining room, which leads into a well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a washer-dryer. At the back of the house, the cosy lounge opens into a bright conservatory, flooding the space with natural light. From here, you can step out into the private garden, where a table and chairs provide the perfect spot for outdoor dining or unwinding after a day of exploring.
Upstairs on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, along with a bathroom that includes a shower over the bath. The second floor leads to a spacious third bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have plenty of storage for guests.
For those bringing a car, we provide a parking permit for Ludlow’s Red Zone, which includes Broad Street, where the property is located. You’ll be just a short walk from the town’s historic market square, award-winning restaurants, and scenic walking trails. Whether you’re here to explore Ludlow’s rich history, sample its renowned food offerings, or simply relax in a comfortable and stylish home, Toad Hall is the perfect place to stay.

Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
