About this space
Ideal for business travelers and families with teenage children. Our home is not “childproof” but with that being said, all are welcome. We even love dogs with a 10 pounds per day per dog surcharge. Sorry, no cats!
The front door is equipped with a RING doorbell, this is the only video security system we have on the property. Our home is tastefully appointed with furnishings from NEXT HOME.
We are within walking distance of Tynemouth Longsands, Tynemouth Village, and spectacular Cullercoats Bay.
The space
Our home is extremely bright with picture windows front and rear. In our living room, we have a Sony TV an audio system, and wifi.
Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee gazing out over our expansive private garden as you soak up the sun as you read your Kindle, iPad, newspaper, or your favorite novel. Look inside either ottoman you might find a surprise.
The upstairs bedrooms provide privacy and comfort as you regroup after a long day of sightseeing, shopping, or strolling along the Longsands taking in the ocean breeze.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire home and private garden. The garage is off-limits.
Other things to note
We have a very large private garden, great for the kids to kick a ball around and if you bring along your 4-legged family member, please make sure you pick up after them.
Additional rules
– A 100-pound fee will apply if you smoke indoors.
– A 50-pound fee will apply if you don’t clean up after your dog in the private back garden.
– Please respect our neighbors by being quiet after 22:00.
– Upon leaving, please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
– Upon leaving, please put all rubbish in outdoor bins.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
