Overall, an enjoyable stay at a clean, modern and cosy property at an amazing location.. The property is in a great location in the heart of Canterbury, within short walking distance of city centre attractions and both train stations. Although the property is very small, it is modern, comfy and the space is well utilised. Everywhere was very clean and tidy.. The additional charges are somewhat excessive, in my opinion. We were asked to pay either a £500 damage deposit or a £40 non-refundable payment. I do think that if the property is left in the state it was found in, that money should be returned. Directions for the property would have been useful as it was quite difficult to find. ... Read full reviewClose

Fine for a couple of nights. Nicely decorated; big, comfortable bed; well-equipped; quiet, convenient location with local cafe, pub, restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff at Pass The Keys were easy to contact. - The property is absolutely tiny compared to others we've stayed in - possibly I didn't read the details carefully enough, but from the photos I thought it was an actual cottage. It isn't - it's more like a converted coal shed in someone's back garden. Beautifully appointed, but very, very small. - This meant that the bedroom was uncomfortably hot, even with the fan. - No teabags, coffee, milk provided. Some places don't but It's always nice to have a cup of tea at least! - Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. - Soap/shower gel and toilet paper was provided, but there wasn't really enough (especially toilet paper!). - The main problem, though, is Pass the Keys. If you are considering booking PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION CAREFULLY. The property seems good value, but there are potential extra costs and an unusual level of personal information that you are expected to provide to a third party. - I had to ask Pass The Keys three times for the door code. I was literally 5 minutes from the property saying 'please give me the code!!' before I finally got it! - I had to ask for the WiFi code - not displayed in the property - Finally, the property is NOT located where indicated on the map. No instructions were provided - I found a nice local lady who knew the place, although once I pointed this out to Pass The Keys, full directions were provided. ... Read full reviewClose
