At the helm of Pass the Keys® Swansea is Ainsley & Catherine Thomas. Together they own and operate Pass the Keys® in Swansea as well as South Pembrokeshire. After running several successful businesses in the area one of which is an award-winning cleaning company the only service we did not offer was marketing and managing our holiday lets. This steered us to research this area which lead us to Pass the Keys and their professional award-winning systems and franchise model.
