Hi – we are Tom and Rachael and we have taken on the Pass the Keys franchise for the beautiful city of Chester and surrounding areas, including the Wirral. Having lived in Chester for several years, we absolutely love the place with its history and architecture, shopping, entertainment and nightlife. Tom is an engineer and has worked in management at Bentley Motors and loves property development and architecture. Rachael has worked in various property related roles, including lettings management and for Sykes Holiday Cottages. Having renovated our own cottage, listed on Airbnb, and seeing things from a host's point of view, we know just how much work goes into managing a short-let property.
