A high quality, dog friendly holiday cottage in beautiful West Wales and only 2 miles from the sea! Pant y Dwr Bach is a converted cow shed which hosts a large and light open plan kitchen and diner on the ground floor, which is well-equipped for guests.
The ground floor also hosts a cosy and stylish living room, which opens out onto a private patio, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with an accompanying shower room.
The master bedroom benefits from wonderful views from the balcony doors. Guests staying within the master bedroom upstairs will also benefit from a separate en-suite with WC and sink.
Guests staying at Pant Y Dwr can enjoy their own private outdoor area which is secure for pets who are welcome to stay at the property. You will also find a retractable washing line which is attached to the side of the property and can be hooked on to the fence opposite, this is perfect for drying towels and clothes after enjoying days at the beach.
Pant y Dwr Bach is ideal for those looking for a uniquely tranquil get away from it all.
Guest access
-Guests have access to the whole property.
-Guests will need a car to get around as this is a very rural area.
There is room for 2 cars to park outside the cottage – please do not bring caravans or vans as the space is only enough for cars and the driveway is relatively narrow.
PARKING
There is free parking for two cars directly outside the property.
Check-in/ Check out-
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
My property is managed by Pass the Keys. They provide 24/7 guest support as well as local personal service before and during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea/ coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding is provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Other items include a washing up sponge, one toilet roll per bathroom and kitchen roll (These are complimentary so do not expect these to be in excess as they are only to start your holiday off as the accommodation is self-catering).
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

It was a bit tricky to find, so we highly recommend using “what3words” with Apple Maps for navigation, as Waze led us off course. The property itself is beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, cozy, and warm, with a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs, and there’s plenty of space for a family of five, which suited us perfectly. The only minor drawbacks are that the shower is accessed through the second bedroom, and the main TV is a bit dated, missing some streaming apps (we had hoped for Disney+ for a movie night).
