Hi, I’m Charlotte, the Managing Director for Pass the Keys® Dumfries & Galloway. I’m a born and bred ‘Doonhamer’ and have a lifelong passion for not only Scotland as a whole, but for my beautiful home region of Dumfries & Galloway. I have travelled the world, working at the very top end of customer service providing travel assistance to the world’s Royal families, diplomats, ministers and celebrities. I then joined the ‘luxury travel market’ project, managing private travel arrangements for both individual VIPs and multinational companies. The next natural step for me was to break into the short term let market, the experience and professionalism that Pass The Keys has to offer made it an easy and obvious choice to become a PTK franchisee.
