Location good, convenient for all shops and restaurants in town. Excellent for access to coastal path walks. Liked the feather duvets. Kitchen equipment good. Front bedroom mattress good.. It is accommodation for four people, we found it a bit irritating that there were armchairs, sofa for only three people. Would have liked a cafetiere. Bed in back bedroom mattress not that comfortable. Didn't like having the fuss of having to look up on council. website what rubbish I had to put out on Monday. Did not like hidden charges. I paid for stay then got an email asking me to pay £40 more as damage insurance and if I didnt want it I had to pay £10 anyway, £480 odd for three nights is plenty, hidden charges make me cross. You should say up front that there will be extra charges, not wait until someone has already booked and paid. ... Read full reviewClose

Good base but getting a little tired.. Liked the location, centre of town, good space, comfortable bed. Plenty of kitchen equipment to do basic cooking etc. Starting to look a bit tired. Sofa is stained, bathroom is basic, entrance to building not welcoming with a musty smell and not clean. Aberaeron undergoing improvement works , we knew in advance from family living close by. Will be great when completed. ... Read full reviewClose

I actually had a brilliant weekend and location of the flat was ideal to facilitate that.. Location was excellent. Property was as described on the site. No adverse surprises. We had an excellent weekend meeting family so didn't spend that long in the flat other than as a place to sleep. No complaints but some comments below intended to be helpful!. The heating and water weren't turned on when we arrived as we had been led to believe they would be. We worked out how to get it all working without too much bother although the underfloor heating was a bit of a mystery (although it did work eventually). The door to the front bedroom could do with a bit shaved off the bottom. My friend said he thought an extractor fan in the bathroom would help (although opening the window is always an option, albeit a chilly one at this time of year). My friend also suggested a light above the bathroom sink to help when shaving, although the wall heater may make that a bit tricky. He also likes porridge in the morning but there were no non stick saucepans. It probably took longer to clean the pan than it did to make and eat the porridge. A proper bread knife would have been handy. There was just about enough glassware and mugs - a few more larger glasses wouldn't go amiss. The TV was fine although we'd never heard of Roku and having seen their product in action, we wouldn't rush to buy it ourselves. But these are just things that weren't major issues - just suggestions to think about. ... Read full reviewClose

Perfect location. Great Apartment. We booked this apartment for a family wedding and the location was just perfect and many an hour was spent at the window looking at the view. Everything we needed was provided and clean and tidy. The host communicated well. We all agreed that it was a great stay. ... Read full reviewClose
