About this space
★ Comfortable apartment in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. Our modern apartment is within a short walking distance of both New Street Station and Snow Hill Station, the Bullring and Broad Street. Nestled between Chinese Quarter and Gay Village you have everything you need right on your doorstep!

The space
The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms – both of which have large windows with views out into the city. One of the bedrooms has a modern en suite with a shower, toilet and sink.

The bathroom is spacious with a bath and shower, both bathrooms will come supplied with shower gels and shampoos.

We have an open plan living/kitchen/dining area with large opening windows which let in lots of light creating a bright and airy space to cook, eat or relax. The living and kitchen area has everything you may need with complimentary teas and coffees for you to enjoy.

Guest access
You will be able to access the building from the front doors or through the car park if you’ve driven. From either entrance you can then use the lift to get to the apartment. More information on accessing the property will be in the guest manual.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

ENERGY USAGE – Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
