Throw a pin into the centre of Belfast and it would land right here! Nestled off beautiful Alfred Street you have the famous bars and eateries of the Dublin Road to one side, the tourist attractions of the city centre to the other, and the world famous St George’s market is just around the corner! Recently refurbished to a very high standard and boasting a balcony, free parking, comfy double beds, crisp hotel style white linen, smart TV and all the mod cons you could need 🙂 Enjoy your stay!

The Apartment
Regarding the apartment it is a self contained apartment in a superb location and comes with free parking. Both rooms have double beds with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The main living room features a smart tv so you can catch up on all your shows, a comfy sofa and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy!
We have a balcony so you can enjoy some fresh air and soak up the hustle and bustle of Belfast
The bathroom has been stylishly redecorated and we supply shower gel, conditioner and body wash.
Parking is free and secured.

The Area
Our apartment is located in an incredible part of the city and you are walking distance to pretty much anything. You are very close to Belfast’s most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres. For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Jail it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close by to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city.
If you are here for a show or Ice hockey at the SSE Arena, we are only about 20 minutes walk across the beautiful footbridge so you could not get a better location!

Convenience
For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don’t worry if you get held up!

Other things to note
**Please note this house is not for parties and no extra guests should be present in the house at any time without prior permission. This is a residential area and we have to be firm on this point – anyone breaking this rule will have their stay cancelled immediately without refund.
We love our community and will tolerate any behavior that impacts our neighbors right to peaceful enjoyment of this area**
