This newly furnished house is the perfect place to stay when visiting Nottingham for both business and leisure. This lovely home is located on a quiet residential street in an ideal location close to the city centre, with free parking and great transport links and bus routes extremely close by should they be needed.
The space
The property has 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and one being a single. Guests will be able to enjoy a brand newly fitted kitchen and bathroom with a comfy lounge to relax in and a separate dining room which also has a dedicated desk space for anyone wanting to work from home. Outside you will find a patio table and chairs to enjoy the weather (when it’s nice!) and some alfresco dining.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property and will have the home to themselves.
Other things to note
My home is managed by a property management company called Pass The Keys. They will be on hand for support and answer any questions you may have 24/7. Any questions will be responded to very quickly to ensure you have the most pleasant stay and experience in my home.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Hi, I’m Rohini and have lived in Nottingham for most of my adult life. I moved to West Bridgford, Nottingham fifteen years ago to join my partner Ricky who is born and bred in Nottingham. We live locally in the city, and have a wealth of knowledge about the local area and its main attractions. Together, we have over thirty years of strong sales and marketing experience and have been successfully building our own portfolio of properties locally within the letting market. I’m particularly excited for us to begin our Pass the Keys adventure and make a mark in the famous Robin Hood town.
