The space
We are delighted to welcome you to our apartment. Located in the quaint village of Inkberrow, tucked away amongst the Worcestershire countryside. Found approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the historical city of Worcester and a stones throw away from the stunning Cotswolds. You will be staying in a charming one bedroom apartment. Enjoy a cosy getaway with picturesque walks, local village shops and country pubs serving arguably the best food that Worcestershire has to offer.

My property sleeps up to 2 guests in a double bed.

The property is all at ground level. Entering from the driveway area, you arrive in to the hallway/utility area. The utility room provides a space to take off your muddy boots after a nice long walk and wash your clothes if you need.

Walking through the utility room you arrive in to the spacious living room with stunning views across the hugh garden with babbling brook. The living room is equipped with a large Smart TV (You’ll need to use your own log in details for the TV applications). The living flows into the well-equipped kitchen, that has everything you need for home dining. Use of appliances include an electric oven, electric hob and fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a large breakfast bar to sit and enjoy your meals.

The master bedroom is large and spacious with wardrobe and bedside tables. It has a large en-suite shower room.

Outside:

Parking is available on the shared driveway. The property can accommodate one car with additional on-street parking available.

There is a private garden to the rear of the property with outdoor seating, patio, barbecue and a large lawned area that attracts the sun. Running through the garden is a stunning babbling brook with bridges to cross and explore. You can access wonderful walks from the rear of the garden across the Worcestershire countryside.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire property but the garden is shared with the next door rental property.

Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Guests travelling with young children need to be cautious, as the pond at the bottom of the rear garden is only partially fenced.

Additional rules
We expect guests to leave the house the way they got it, i.e. clean and tidy. Please take out your rubbish, hoover any mess on the floors or carpets, clean/put away dishes, and wipe the worktops. The cleaning bill only covers the cost of laundry.
In addition:

– No outdoor shoes to be worn in the house.
– Pets are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Please hoover up casting hair from the rugs.
-The car parking area is a shared space between Piddlebrook (house annex) and The Brook. Kindly ensure that the guest in the annex is not blocked in. The parking space under the cherry tree is reserved for the Annex. Guests occupying The Brook can park in front of the annex near the parking bay on the left.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
