Edwardian brick fronted terrace building retaining original features such as fire places to all rooms and original cornice to living room. It also features mod-cons such wi fi controlled central heating, TV and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The house is beautifully finished to suit the period style of the house including wooden floors and open fire places.

There is a lounge, dining room and fully kitted out kitchen all located on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two spacious double bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate shower and free standing period bath.

The house also feature a lovely garden for you to enjoy on sunnier day (honest the sun does shine in Wales sometimes).

Guests have complete access to the property.

Our property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance you may need.

Our standard check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 11am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
