Bright, modern and recently renovated apartment in the very center of Marbella, just steps from shops, restaurants and all amenities. Located on the fourth floor, all rooms are exterior and filled with natural light. The apartment offers 70 sqm, ideal for up to 3 guests, with the option to accommodate a fourth on a trundle bed. It includes high-speed WiFi and everything needed for a comfortable stay in a prime location.

The apartment features a bright living room with sofa and TV, a fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed (2 single beds). Comfortable and well-designed space, ideal for enjoying Marbella with all amenities.

Guests have access to the entire property.
Towels, bedding and hand soap included.
The community has an outdoor pool for summer (June 15-September 15), schedules will be updated depending on the season.

CHECK-IN

Keys are collected from a secure self-service key collection point, located approximately 400 metres from the property and available 24/7.
A personalised access code will be shared within 24 hours prior to check-in.

Keys must be returned to the same location at check-out.

Failure to return the keys may result in a €50 charge to cover retrieval costs.

If keys are left inside the property and access assistance is required, a €50 service fee will apply.

In the event of lost keys, a €150 replacement fee will be charged to cover rekeying and security costs.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability.
An unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may incur a €50 fee, as it disrupts the scheduled cleaning service.

HOUSE RULES

Pets are not allowed.

A strict no-party and no-events policy applies at all times.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening and night hours.

Pool area rules:

Sun loungers available at the pool are for communal use and must be returned to their place after use.

Any loss or damage to communal items may result in a charge.

Guests must respect all community rules and behave considerately at all times to avoid disturbing neighbours.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
