Welcome to our fantastic Home.

Our recently updated townhouse is in central Swansea putting you walking distance from all you will need on your holiday getaway.

Whether you want to spend time shopping, eating out, seeing a show at the New Swansea Arena or even fancy a walk along the beach side you are in the perfect location to enjoy it all.

Make use of our entire home from the cozy front room to the comfy beds and outdoor space it’s perfect for families and working professionals alike.

The space
You will have use of our whole home when you visit.

The living room consists of two comfy sofas with a new TV and superfast WiFi.

The kitchen is fully stocked with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge and washing machine. There is a downstairs toilet to the rear through the kitchen and a dining area to eat your meals if you don’t feel like eating out.

Outdoor area: At the rear of the property there is a small garden area with Fake grass and a stoned area.

Guest access
You will have access to all of my property.

Other things to note
Parking is very limited however you have many paid options around you and you are only a short walk from the Swansea bus station should you wish to arrive that way.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
