I’m very excited to welcome guests to my characterful apartment, which I hope will be the start of a memorable visit to Lincoln.
The space
My apartment is part of a period property and boasts some original features. There is room for 6 guests ( one king bed, two single beds on the top floor, and the option for an additional double air bed) It is located in the city centre and a short walk away from the cathedral quarter.

The entrance opens to a staircase that leads up to the apartment. There is the open plan living area and kitchen on this floor as well as bedroom one and the bathroom. There is a Freeview TV and some books and games for guests enjoyment.

The kitchen space is compact with all essential cooking amenities if guests decide to cook in the apartment. For those who prefer to dine out, you will be spoilt for choice as there are a number of great restaurants on the doorstep.

The second stair case leads to the top floor bedroom with two single beds and the windows both on the way up to the bedroom and looking out from the bedroom provide cathedral views.

There is a private garage located to the back of the property on Danesgate. It is garage number 4. There is also a permit available for use in the residential parking areas.

You’ll have access to the entire apartment. I wont be around in person however I have help managing the property by a professional co-host of Airbnb. My apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check in gives flexibility for late arrivals and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

There will be complimentary tea and coffee on arrival which Im sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey.

Guest access
The property is in a vehicle restricted zone, however guests can drive in to access the property and park outside whilst unloading, before parking up in the allocated garage.

Collection musueum. Lincoln Cathedral Lincoln Castle The Brayford river side – lots of bars and restaurants. Guests can take a river cruise. There is an odeon here too. Hartsholme Park- green space. Everyman theatre is in the city centre along with lots of restaurants and bars. The Bailgate is a beautiful area- lots of beautiful architecture. There is a farmers market there every other weekend.

Location is perfectly situated on steep hill which leads into the Bailgate area as you walk up and Lincoln City centre as you walk down. There are a number of independent shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the beautiful cathedral quarter, in fact you can view the cathedral from the apartment windows. The property itself is packed with original features such as the stained glass windows and wooden stair cases.
