Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment except for one locked room reserved for the host’s use. Please remember to carry your key fob at all times to access the building, elevator, and apartment.

Parking: There is no guest parking available within the building. Nearby supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Lidl offer free parking for up to 3 hours. Free street parking is also available in the surrounding area; please check street signs for any restrictions.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
