London Bridge Station is only 20-27 minutes train ride from Sidcup Train Station.

In Sidcup Town Centre you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars and restaurants.
There is a driveway with free parking for up to 2 cars.
The property is located in a residential area – STRICTLY NO PARTIES!
The space
There are 4 bedrooms in the property, an open living, dining area overlooking the beautiful back garden and a modern kitchen.
All bedrooms are on the first floor of the house:
Master bedroom – has a super king bed, a wardrobe, and bedside tables. This bedroom has an en-suite modern bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 2 – has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a clothes storage
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both large single bedrooms that would comfortably sleep one person each
Master bathroom – on the first floor, has a bathtub and has a modern design
On the ground floor you will find:
The Kitchen – with all amenities and appliances you may need to cook a delicious meal. This includes amenities like the oven, gas hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and much more
Living area – two massive sofas which should comfortably accommodate every guest, a smart TV, a beautiful electric LED fireplace and is beautifully designed
Dining area – with a dining table and chairs to host 6 guests
Garden – a spacious green space, with lots of fresh, clean air outdoor garden furniture a BBQ maker (please note we do not provide and charcoal)
Parking: a big driveway that can comfortably fit 2 cars
NOTE: There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all of the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
