Luxury & Modern 3 bedroom house, is in quiet residential area of St Andrews.

The property comfortably sleeps 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large kitchen/dinning area and the living room offers a relaxed surrounding. There are outdoor seating areas at the front and rear of the property. The property has free parking outside.

The property is suitable for holidays-makers and golfers is 1 mile away from the Old Course.
M&S, Aldi and Morrison’s are situated a 5 minutes’ away.
The 3 bedroom property is split over three levels.
Ground Floor – Open plan kitchen/dinning area, living room
and bathroom.
First Floor – main bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms.
Second Floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite.
Golf storage locker room (secure locked) in the back garden.

Smoking is not permitted within the property. We expect all guests to respect the property and neighbours.
No pets are allowed (negotiable).
Guests have full access to the entire house via front and rear door entrances
The property comfortably sleeps 6 people in the 3 bedrooms.

Check in is via the secure key box when you arrive.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves.

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
