Located in a very quiet residential area, a five-minute walk from downtown, Ajuar complete, easy parking. Two TVs & Wifi.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and its amenities.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Daria Shadrina 19/09/2024Not worth its money. Very quiet area, nice neighbours, pretty comfortable beds, nice balcony. Okay for 1-2 nights stay. 1. Host is a British company and they take the deposit in pounds which is equal to 580 EUR plus service fee around 12 EUR for deposit transaction, meaning they put all costs to the customer not even willing to pay to their own bank for transactions. Plus no opportubity to receive replies fast, they just send automatic SMS but not replying in booking.com 2. Apartment is not worth 200+ EUR/night for sure, no dishwasher, furniture is really bad (cupboard doors are broken, table is scratched fully, chairs are dirty etc.) 3. No real air conditioner, only portable one that of course doesn't cover the whole apartment 4. No shower gel/shampoo 5. Far away from beach, not possible to go on foot really as min 25 mins to the nearest not the best beach 6. Dirty dishes/glasses 7. All plants/flowers are dead, why to put them and not water them, looks awful ... Read full reviewClose

El hecho de que la comunicación con el anfitrión no sea directa, imposibilita resolver ciertas dudas, como la recogida de las llaves (que fue algo confusa) o el hecho de entender que disponíamos de parking, cuando realmente no era así. ...
