CHECK-IN

Keys are collected from a secure self-service key collection point, located approximately 400 metres from the property and available 24/7.
A personalised access code will be shared within 24 hours prior to check-in.

Keys must be returned to the same location at check-out. Failure to do so may incur a €50 additional charge to cover retrieval costs.
If keys are left inside the property and access assistance is required, a €50 service fee may apply.
In the event of lost keys, a €150 replacement fee will be charged to cover rekeying and security costs.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability.
A €50 fee may apply if guests check in early without authorisation or do not vacate the property on time, as this disrupts the scheduled cleaning service.

* The building does not have an elevator, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

PETS

One well-behaved, fully house-trained dog is welcome for an additional fee from €50, to cover extra cleaning.

Please select the pet option when booking and inform us in advance with your pet’s details.
Approval of pets is conditional upon compliance with the following house guidelines:

Dogs are not permitted on soft furnishings

Any fouling must be cleaned immediately

Muddy paws must be cleaned before entering

Dogs must not be left unattended in the property

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
