Meticulously designed to very comfortably accommodate 6 people, this home stands out for its warm atmosphere, its brightness, and a perfect layout to ensure the privacy of all guests.
The house has three spacious separate bedrooms, designed for optimal rest:
Master Bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable double bed and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a shower for your complete privacy.
Second bedroom: It also has a comfortable double bed and built-in closets.
Third bedroom: Ideal for kids or friends, equipped with two single beds.
Traveling with a baby? We have a crib available upon request so you don’t have to carry extra luggage.
To service the rest of the rooms, the apartment offers a second full bathroom equipped with a bathtub, ideal for the little ones to relax after a fun day at the pool or beach.

Dama de la Noche is a strictly family-oriented residential development, designed for rest and relaxation. To preserve the excellent coexistence and well-being of the neighbors, we apply a very strict policy:
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
No annoying noises or loud music are allowed at any time of day (especially during nap time and at night).

Guests have full access to the stunning, first-class facilities of the Dama de la Noche development:
Community pools: Huge water lakes surrounded by large lawn areas and umbrellas for sunbathing. Available in high season from May to September.
Community paddle tennis courts: Perfect for staying active and organizing games in the late afternoon. They must be reserved in advance. There is no additional charge.
Private parking: Underground space included and monitored so that your car is always safe and cool.
24-hour security: A gated and guarded complex that provides absolute tranquility.

Forget the car. You’ll be a comfortable walk from the world-famous Puerto Banús, its beaches, haute couture boutiques, yachts and top-notch restaurants. All this while maintaining the peace of a residential area.
On foot (short 10- to 15-minute walks)
Puerto Banús (marina): About a 12-15 minute walk (just 1.2 km). Guests arrive directly in the heart of luxury: the docks with grand yachts, haute couture boutiques (Louis Vuitton, Gucci), and a huge variety of restaurants and cafes.
Beaches: The nearest beaches are Playa de Río Verde and Playa de Puerto Banús (about 1.5 km, about a 15-minute walk). They are fine sandy beaches perfect for families.
Shopping & Groceries:
El Corte Inglés / Hipercor Supermarket: Located about a 15-minute walk away in the heart of Banús. It is ideal for foreign tourists because it has a huge selection of international products.
Marina Banús Shopping Center: Right across from El Corte Inglés, perfect for shopping (Zara, H&M, etc.).
Restaurants and Nightlife: There are dozens of family-friendly options and nightclubs around the port and at the entrance to Nueva Andalucía, without the need to take the car.
By car (Less than 5-10 minutes)
The “Valle del Golf” of Nueva Andalucía: The development is surrounded by some of the best golf courses in Spain. In less than 5 minutes by car, you can reach Aloha Golf Club, Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and Los Naranjos Golf Club.
Mercadona Supermarket: There is a very large Mercadona in the upper area of Nueva Andalucía (Los Naranjos) and another towards San Pedro, ideal for large, inexpensive shopping for the whole week.
San Pedro de Alcántara: The neighboring town is only 5 minutes away by car. It offers a much more traditional Spanish atmosphere, a large pedestrian boulevard with playgrounds and excellent tapas restaurants at local prices.
Marbella Center / Old Town: About a 7-10 minute drive (about 6-7 km). Guests can visit the famous Plaza de los Naranjos, the white Andalusian streets full of flowers, and the Marbella promenade.
CHECK IN
The keys are picked up from a lockbox in the apartment. The personalized access code will be shared within 24 hours prior to check-in time.
Upon check-out, the keys must be returned to the lockbox.
Failure to return the keys may result in a €50 charge to cover the cost of retrieval.
If the keys are left inside the property and assistance is required to gain access, a service fee of €50 will be applied.
In the event of lost keys, a replacement fee of €150 will be charged to cover the lock change and security costs.

Check-in: after 3:00 pm
Check-out: before 10:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out are subject to prior approval and availability.
An unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur a penalty of €50, as it disrupts the scheduled cleaning service.
HOUSE RULES
Pets are not allowed.
A strict no-party and no-event policy applies at all times. This is a family friendly apartment.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the afternoon and evening hours.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
