There is limited free parking available outside the hours of Mon-Fri, 9:30-11 am.

The space
There are 4 bedrooms in the property, living area, dining area overlooking the beautiful back garden and a kitchen.

3 bedrooms are on the first floor and master bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the house:

Master bedroom – has a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and and offers a lovely view of the back garden.

Bedroom 2 and 3 – has a double beds, bedside tables and lamps and a clothes storage.

Bedrooms 4 – has a single bed that would comfortably sleep one person.

On the ground floor you will find:

The Kitchen – with all amenities and appliances you may need to cook a delicious meal. This includes amenities like the oven, gas hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and much more

Living area – two massive sofas which should comfortably accommodate every guest and a smart TV.

Dining area – with a dining table and chairs to host 6 guests.

Garden – a spacious green space with outdoor garden furniture.

Parking: There is limited free parking available outside the hours of Mon-Fri, 9:30-11 am

NOTE: There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all of the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
