An immaculately presented 2 double bedroom coach house in the beautiful village of Broadclyst, near Exeter. Neutrally decorated throughout with all the home comforts you require for your stay. The front door leads to the stairway and a lovely light, airy open-plan, kitchen-living-dining area. From this there are 2 bright, carpeted bedrooms and a modern bathroom. There is also a large storage/utility cupboard. There is a small courtyard to the side of the property.

The space
This home is modern and clean with a really comfortable lounge area. With large windows in each room, it has a bright airy feeling, and the bedrooms are spacious enough for a couple to stay in each room comfortably.

There is parking for one vehicle in a private garage.

We take the health of our guests very seriously and as such, our property has been professionally cleaned, and serviced laundry is provided to ensure everything is as sanitary as possible.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.

Other things to note
* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host of Airbnb
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys–please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

    Nice apartment, in a good location for visiting Exeter and the surrounding area. Nice spacious apartment in a quite village which had good access to the M5. Regular buses into Exeter.
