About this space
Our spacious and stylish flat has an amazing roof terrace and an additional balcony. Great for 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Located by the main road gives you excellent transport links to enjoy London and its’ most beautiful part- Kensington & Chelsea. At the same time, the bedroom windows face the other side giving you a peaceful night.

The space
The flat comprises of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, the second bedroom has a king-size bed that transforms into 2 singles when needed.

Both bedrooms have wardrobes which provide plenty of storage.

The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Both bathrooms have showers. The en-suite bathroom also comes with a bathtub.

The living area is light and spacious with an entrance to the balcony. Relax on the sofa and watch some TV or make use of the dining table and enjoy a meal together.

Here you will find the stairs that will take you to the private roof terrace. Catch the sun, enjoy a BBQ or simply soak in the view.

For those who are on a working trip, a dedicated workspace can be found in the master bedroom.

Like to cook? Our kitchen comes with all the amenities and appliances for a light breakfast or tasty dinner.

We provide a baby bath, travel cot and a high hair on request for a stress-free trip with your baby.
Guest access
If travelling by car you will need to use an on-street paid parking bay. These are available in the area, subject to availability.

South Kensington Underground Station is a min 15 walk away. The nearest bus stop is 200 ft away.

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital is across the road.

Other things to note
The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift. The roof terrace is accessed via stairs.

If an earlier check-in or later check-out is requested in writing, we shall endeavor to accommodate these requests where possible.

We are happy to accommodate extra guests, but please send us a message before booking.

Travel cot, high chair and baby bath must be requested before arrival.
