The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with floor and wall mounted units, integrated appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, tall fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a window and French doors leading out to the rear garden providing a lovely outlook with garden furniture and a BBQ
On the first floor the master bedroom overlooks the garden and has an en suite shower room. There are also two further bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.

Lymington Town, Station Road – bottom of town. 15/20 minutes walk

Bus stop on Southampton Road – for main buses to towns on way to Southampton or Bournemouth.
